Retained Search

A retained fee is established when Naviga is requested to recruit industry specific candidates or high volume recruiting projects. Naviga's National Research team will conduct in-depth research and market analysis to generate specialized candidates from targeted competitors. In an effort to have full coverage on high volume recruiting projects, we assign multiple National Recruiters to recruit the candidates in a timely manner. We view our customer's retained search as top priority.
